Service Changes & Public Comment Period

The rabbittransit service adjustments implemented in February 2022 will be proposed to become permanent adjustments.  Per Title VI requirements, any temporary service changes exceeding twelve (12) months are considered permanent. Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA) is proposing service changes to its fixed route system in the Central Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (CPTA) service area in York County, PA, to be implemented following public comment, reassessment, and Board approval.

Public and rider input is fundamental to the CPTA service planning process. The public comment period gives the public a chance to participate and provide valuable feedback to help inform the service proposal.

The public comment period begins Monday, December 5, 2022, and will last until Friday, January 6, 2023. Public comments may be provided via mail to 415 N. Zarfoss Drive, York, PA 17404, via email to info@rabbittransit.org or by calling 1-800-632-9063. In-person public meetings will be held, per the details below:
